  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines the use of prescribed Ketamine with psychotherapy to amplify healing and facilitate deeper therapeutic progress. Our gentle and intensive approach helps clients address past trauma and reconnect with themselves and the world around them. At Dragonfly Nest, we prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment, guiding clients throughout the experience to help make sense of their journey. Seasoned psychedelic assisted therapist, Lindsey Weiner, LMSW, has brought this service to the Dragonfly Nest. Your providers are there every step of the way. The process often leaves individuals feeling inspired, more connected to themselves, and with a renewed sense of clarity that extends beyond the session. More

  • Work one-on-one with a mental health professional through ongoing therapeutic sessions that can address your personal goals, develop an individualized treatment plan, and increase healthy coping in your life. Therapy can offer the ability to improve how we “show up” in life, enhancing our ability to find inner compassion. With consistency, it can improve emotional flexibility, nervous system regulation, and help you access spaciousness and clarity in complex issues.

  • Healthy co-regulation is important for survival, as human beings need love and belonging to flourish and thrive. Our relationships often reflect deep patterning from our attachment histories. Improve relational health through couples sessions and directly address these wounds and injuries, learning how to access more secure connection and deeper communication. Couples work can be valuable at all stages of a relationship, with all different types of relationships or lifestyles. At The Dragonfly Nest, we are committed to acknowledging and addressing the layers of cultural components when approaching connection and intimacy, honoring your unique love story and walking alongside you as a guide towards healing.

  • The intensive format offers a deep dive into therapy, lasting longer than the traditional hour and developed with a clinician to meet your specific needs. Intensives are wonderful for individuals who would like to maximize the time available dedicated towards one-on-one services. This format is also available for individuals who are finding the need for a more immersive experience. These experiences can offer transformative growth, rapid progress, and extensive time to support your unique system.

  • Brainspotting is an innovative, neuro-experiential approach that works with the theory “where you look affects how you feel.” The modality uses a fixed gaze eye position to initiate a self-healing in the central nervous system, processing and releasing trauma, lived experience, thoughts, emotions, and other stored bodily experiences. Our bodies hold the depth and stories of our own history. This is why body-based approaches are so important for working with traumatic experiences and memories of the past, as well as any information within the “subcortical brain”—where our deeper consciousness lives. Your practitioner will provide as much information as possible to promote safety and understanding in session, as coherence between psychoeducation and experiential learning is helpful in enhancing trust, attunement, and effectiveness. Brainspotting can be an extremely valuable tool for a variety of issues—processing trauma, enhancing and expanding performance (athletics, art, music, and other “soul” passions), decreasing chronic pain and inflammation, decreasing cravings and other forms of anxiety, and supporting other forms of therapy in session such as parts work, mindfulness work, or somatic work. Your practitioner will work with your unique nervous system to promote healing with sacred integrity.

  • EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is a therapeutic process that uses bilateral stimulation (working on both sides of the brain). This is done through eye movement ,the "E" in EMDR, or through physical tapping on each side of your body, or even using sounds. The goal is to desensitize—basically reduce the intensity of negative emotions and images—and reprocess the way your brain stores memories, so it reflects more adaptive, beneficial beliefs. In short, it helps dial down the emotional chaos tied to certain memories while wiring in the good stuff. Plus, you’ll get really good at grounding yourself and picking up self-soothing tools along the way. It’s like re-remembering who you really are while clearing out emotional clutter. More

  • Neurodiversity is a compassionate care philosophy that supports the cognitive differences in the way people think, learn, and behave. The Dragonfly Nest offers tailored therapy treatment plans to best support any individual that identifies as Neurodivergent, including Autism Spectrum and Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity (ADHD), along with many other unique types of Neurodiversity. The Dragonfly Nest is platformed to guide in learning life skills, managing interdependence, and flourishing in the social world. Our providers honor the experience and process of those identifying with neurodiversity of any kind, highlighting both the challenges and the strengths to provide meaningful awareness.

  • Integration is the critical piece in therapy where the processing done within the therapy room becomes reflected and imprinted in our daily lives. It is where the information and experiencing “comes to life” through our ability to gain insight and understand, while ultimately creating new neuropathways for change. One unique way that the Dragonfly Nest offers integration in session is through expressive arts therapy.

Song has been the most important medicine for life since humans could gather and co-create together. Communities all over the world have relied on song for tradition, ritual, and every aspect of the healing experience. With Christina’s songwriting and performing experience, as well as background in play therapy and expressive arts, she can provide a landscape where song can be created and developed to nurture and honor your therapeutic work. The processing of songwriting begins with your unique voice— weaving melody, instrument, and mantra into your piece of sacred music. Ask about songwriting integration today to begin creating your musical anchor that can keep you grounded and oriented to your true essence.

  • Somatic therapy explores how the body holds wisdom, working with various expressions such as breath, movement, and sound to approach therapeutic resonance. Somatic therapy can release stress, trauma, and emotions in ways that talk therapy may be limited. During a somatic therapy session, your clinician may guide you through a mindfulness sequence related to “turning inward’ – exploring sensations and internal experiences. Our bodies are the intellectual vehicles that carry us through this life. Somatic therapy is a beautiful expression of reverence and compassion towards the body, that often carries profound healing and love into the rest of our system.

  • The Dragonfly Nest offers monthly sound healing sessions with multiple local sound healing practitioners. Sound healing combines different healing sounds, vibrational frequencies, music, and sound healing instruments to improve our multidimensional well-being. Therapeutic sound can promote relaxation responses as well as equilibrium responses, bringing you deeper into your inner healing capacities –especially alongside other modalities. Music and sound stimulate multiple areas and regions of our brain in unison and harmony, making it a unique practice. Our practitioners are highly trained in their relationship to frequency and resonance, offering their gifts to our community as we gather together. Please visit our social media accounts to stay connected to our monthly offerings.

  • Reiki is the Japanese term for the universal healing life force that exists within all living things. Reiki practitioners use gentle healing touch (laying of hands or hovering of hands, or via long distance settings) to restore balanced energy within a system, space, or living being. Reiki has been honored throughout many lineages, originating in early 20th century Japan with Mikao Usui, a devoted Buddhist monk. The Dragonfly Nest offers this type of energy work alongside other modalities such as Brainspotting and Somatic Experiencing, or independently. These sessions are discussed before your scheduled time and can be included within an intensive package. Reiki has been known to reduce stress, chronic pain, improve sleep patterns, relieve mental health symptoms, regulate the nervous system, and promote deep healing of any type of wound. In general, energy healing has been known to stimulate the system’s equilibrium response, restoring balance and authentic life force connection.
